Your Tutor is Karen Vial

Karen Vial has been teaching at WEA since 2023.

Karen has many years of experience in the real estate and property industry, launching her own online and mobile sales agency, Vial Blythman Real Estate in January 2014. 

In April 2016, Karen evolved her investment of a beautiful home, a former church bought in March 2010, into a guest home accommodation offer for travellers worldwide to book and enjoy.    

Karen now passes on her expertise and passion through interactive WEA workshops, which she designed to provide attendees with the knowledge and confidence to create and manage their very own accommodation offer. 

Karen has a Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales, a Diploma in Property (Real Estate Sales), and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
