Join Frances and learn how to make your own set of mala beads using an assortment of coloured and crystal beads. You'll learn how to use your personal mala as a tool for meditation and relaxation and the metaphysical properties of the crystals you choose to add to your mala beads. Frances will supply kits which will cost each participant $40 (cash or card facilities available).

Your tutor is Frances Billinghurst

Frances Billinghurst has been teaching at WEA since 2013. 

Frances is a metaphysician, energetic healer, author, and death walker, who has been an explorer of the Sacred Mysteries for most of her life. Her quest to understand the workings of universe (both on a macrocosmic as well as a microcosmic level) has led to her studying various esoteric sciences, receiving initiations into a number of Mystery and Hermetic traditions, and exploring ways in which mythology and sacred symbolism can be used to journey to the deep soul self.  

With a desire to share the knowledge gained and to guide other seekers, Frances founded the Mystical Soul Academy as a portal through which she offers not only energetic healings and spiritual guidance, but also classes that incorporate practical ways in how our lives can be enriched through striving to understand our place in the greater scheme of things, together with connection to the inner, mystical self.  

As a prolific writer, Frances is the author of a number of books that focus on connecting with the natural cycles, utilising mythology and sacred stories to enhance our human existence, and working magic and ceremony into our daily lives.
