Taydam commenced teaching at the WEA in 2023. 

Taydam has over two years of experience in community radio and one year in commercial radio; Five years of experience in digital marketing; Three years in local government as a Business Support Officer within the Economic Development team; One year of professional acting experience and five years as a producer; Extensive experience in media, content creation, and digital engagement.

Taydam is a multidisciplinary creative, educator, and media professional passionate about storytelling, digital strategy, and fostering community engagement. With a background that blends Scottish, English, and Australian Aboriginal heritage, she brings a unique and diverse perspective to her work.

As the founder of a social media consulting business, Taydam developed the ‘Be Your Own Social Media Presenter (#BYOSMP)’ course, designed to empower individuals with the confidence and skills to navigate the digital landscape effectively. Taydam tutors at WEA Adult Learning, specialising in practical and theoretical social media strategies.
