Join Rosa for a leisurely Australian style afternoon tea. Enjoy a selection of savoury and sweet offerings. Scones, home-made strawberry jam, pink jelly cakes, fruit cake and Victoria sponge matched with a savoury selection of pin wheel sandwiches, sausage rolls and elegant scotch eggs. Please note: this class is not suitable for coeliacs, gluten or dairy intolerant. It will be held mainly in demonstration mode although some hands on to finish the products will be required. Beverages will include an apple tisane, selection of tea and coffee, plus a celebratory glass of Tomich sparkling to conclude. Please bring an apron, and a large, flat container to take home a sample or two.
