Reduce Stress with Meditation

Course Description

Learn effective techniques, tools and tips to reduce stress in this practical meditation course, designed for beginners and those seeking to refresh or deepen their meditation practice.

Recognise the calm, clear centre within you that remains unshaken by the storms of stress.

Each session includes a brief discussion around understanding stress and relaxation, guidance through multiple evidence-based techniques and time for questions and reflection.

We will sit on chairs for comfort in normal attire and practise without religion or dogma. Bring some water and a pad and pen to make notes, if you want to.

Whether you’re starting from scratch or rekindling your meditation practice, you’ll gain simple tools, understanding and experience to use meditation to help you reduce stress, bringing greater clarity and ease to your everyday experience.

Open to adults aged 18 and over with some or no prior meditation experience.

Please note, this course is not suitable for individuals with severe mental health conditions unless cleared by a medical specialist.

Join us to learn and explore meditation for stress reduction in a welcoming and supportive environment.
