WEA is committed to responding appropriately to feedback and complaints about our services, systems, practices, procedures, products and complaint handling. Our Complaint Handling Policy is intended to ensure that the WEA handles complaints fairly, efficiently and effectively and provides guidance to the WEA Board, WEA Staff, WEA Tutors and people who wish to make a complaint on the key principles and concepts of our complaint handling system.
