Join Hikmet in this NEW gluten free Turkish Cuisine class to learn new recipes; Lamb and Chicken Sis Kebab, Pilav (Turkish Style Rice), Acili Ezme (spicy tomato and pepper salad), Supangle with pistachios (chocolate custard). This is a demonstration and hands-on course with lots of tastings.
Hikmet Vuslat Tolotta has been teaching at WEA since April 2022.
Hikmet was born in Kastamonu, Türkiye in 1987 and migrated from Türkiye to Australia in 2011. After studying and working in many different areas, she decided to follow her passion of cooking and opened her own catering business in 2017. Nar Delights specialises in custom catering with a Turkish twist.
Hikmet loves meeting new people, teaching, cooking, eating, reading, spending time with her family and helping others. She also volunteers for two organisations, the Turkish Association of South Australia and North East Community House.
